Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Akkush s.r.o. handles personal data when you visit www.akkush.tech or contact us through this website.

1. Data controller

Akkush s.r.o. Company identification number (IČO): 24372901 Bělehradská 858/23 120 00 Praha, Czech Republic Email: support@akkush.tech

2. Contact inquiries

When you use our contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, message and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, discuss your request and manage related business communication. Please do not include sensitive personal data unless necessary for your inquiry.

Where your inquiry concerns entering into a contract with you, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other inquiries, including communication with company representatives, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and conducting business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing this information is voluntary, but without sufficient contact details and information about your request we may be unable to respond. We do not use contact inquiry data to send unsolicited marketing.

3. Hosting and security

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and protecting the website involves processing technical request data, which may include IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and security logs.

This processing serves our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website, detecting misuse and protecting our systems under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical hosting and security logs are separate from the aggregated analytics described below.

4. Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its content and usability. Statistics may include visited pages, referral sources, approximate location, device type, operating system, browser and event time.

According to Vercel, Web Analytics does not use cookies and provides anonymous, aggregated statistics. It distinguishes visitors using a hash generated from the incoming request, valid for a single day. The visitor session identifier is discarded after 24 hours; this does not mean that all aggregated statistics are deleted after 24 hours. Visitors are not tracked across different websites or different days using this identifier.

We receive aggregated analytics rather than a list of identifiable visitors or their IP addresses. This description concerns Web Analytics and does not apply to separate hosting or security logs. Contact form contents are not required for website analytics.

Further information: Vercel Web Analytics — Privacy and Compliance.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for website hosting, analytics, email delivery and handling inquiries. They may process information as necessary to provide those services. Vercel provides our website hosting and Web Analytics.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We may disclose information to service providers supporting the purposes described in this policy or where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable GDPR transfer requirements must be met, for example through an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and any necessary supplementary safeguards. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy.

6. Retention

We generally retain inquiry data for up to 12 months. We may keep relevant correspondence longer while communication or a business relationship continues, where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations.

Technical logs follow the applicable hosting and security retention settings. The 24-hour identifier lifetime described above is separate from the retention of aggregated analytics and contact inquiries.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing based on another applicable legal basis.

To exercise your rights, email support@akkush.tech. We may request information necessary to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; GDPR permits an extension for complex or numerous requests, of which we will inform you.

You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů): uoou.gov.cz.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our website, services or processing practices change. The current version and its update date will be available on this page.
